Meet Casey

I’m on a mission to transform individuals and businesses by helping leaders tap into their inner strengths. I believe that the way to maximize productivity, scale with intention, attract and retain amazing talent and, ultimately, drive incredible performance is by leading from a place of authenticity and deep self awareness.

I help businesses, aspiring and current sales managers define their leadership style and hone their zone of genius, while multiplying the talents of others and delivering extraordinary revenue results.

Founded by Casey Calkins in 2023, C2it Partners is a dynamic consultancy specializing in sales leadership development and Small and Medium Business advising services. Upon leaving corporate America, I took my 15 years of experience across Sales and Sales Leadership spanning SaaS, Financial Services, High Tech, and Professional Services, and sought to continue my education in executive coaching by joining the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), two top recognized institutions in professional coaching globally. I approach every client interaction with a balance of business acumen and empathy to build purposeful strategies rooted in my clients’ intrinsic differentiators and distinct business objectives. 

To put it plainly: my goal is to help organizations become “the company everyone wants to work at” and individuals become “the person everyone fights to work for,” driving unparalleled performance along the way.

About the Name

Decades before she wrote a single bestseller, Octavia Butler manifested in a private journal entry that she was a bestselling writer who wrote multiple successful books, committing to make it so as her life’s work.  Now, Ms. Butler and I have virtually nothing in common with regards to life experience, background or specific professional aspirations. But I can certainly relate to her message:

“I am a Bestselling Writer. I write Bestselling Books. Every day in every way, I am researching and writing my award-winning Bestselling Books and short stories. Every one of my books reaches and remains for two or more months at the top of the bestseller lists. So Be It! See To It!”

This conviction to purpose and commitment to putting in the work are things I strive to emulate in my life.  When I parted ways with Salesforce, I decided it was time to build something that leaned on my own strengths and the skills I acquired over the course of my professional experience to help executives, sales leaders and business owners unlock their own internal leadership strengths and transform their people into impactful revenue and talent magnets.

Ms. Butler’s words are a testament to my own pursuit of excellence personally and professionally, along with my commitment to helping leaders activate their own model for success in themselves and their teams.
