Guided group coaching with fellow leaders who are also in the trenches.

Group Sessions Released Quarterly

Sessions begin quarterly, meeting on a weekly cadence for 6-12 weeks. Sessions will focus around a specific objective or demographic, such as:

  • Leading with Strengths

  • Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

  • Managing Burn Out

  • New Sales Leaders

  • Leading People Who Aren’t Like You

  • “Smomagers” (Working Mom Sales Managers)

  • Managing Up

  • Career Development

Community and Trust Centered Cohorts

Groups are limited to no more than 5-7, empowering you to build a strong community of other sales leaders you can trust and maintain relationships with long after sessions end.

Learn from others, gain accountability toward your goals, all with the guidance of a seasoned fellow sales leader as your coach.
